This policy defines what you may and may not do with AUREM CTO Dev.


Permitted Uses

  • Writing, fixing, and refactoring code for legitimate software projects
  • Security auditing your own codebases
  • Building personal and commercial software products
  • Automating legitimate development workflows
  • Learning and educational purposes

Prohibited Uses

Malicious Code

You may not use the Service to generate:

  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, or viruses
  • Code designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Exploits, rootkits, or keyloggers
  • Phishing pages or fraudulent interfaces

Illegal Activity

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Generate code that facilitates illegal activity
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Process personal data without legal basis

Abuse

You may not:

  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage caps
  • Use automated scripts to abuse the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access without permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Use the Service to compete with us without prior agreement

Harmful Content

You may not generate code or content that:

  • Discriminates based on protected characteristics
  • Facilitates harassment or abuse
  • Violates children's safety

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Warning and task rejection
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination without refund
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required
