Subprocessor List — ORA by Aurem CTO

Polaris Built Inc uses the third-party service providers ("subprocessors") listed below to deliver ORA by Aurem CTO. Each subprocessor is bound by a data-processing agreement (or equivalent contractual commitments) meeting GDPR Art. 28, CCPA/CPRA service-provider requirements, DPDP data-fiduciary duties, and PIPEDA safeguards.

We update this list whenever we add or remove a subprocessor. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect, giving enterprise customers the ability to object under Section 5 below.

8. Objection & Contact

Enterprise customers with a signed DPA may object to a new subprocessor within 30 days of notice by writing to privacy@auremcto.com. If we cannot resolve the objection with a reasonable alternative, you may terminate the affected service and receive a prorated refund.
